1. How do you keep fit?
Gym, swimming, running – anything except speed-walking in public places with hand weights.
2. How does your office encourage fitness?
Fitness is of course a personal choice but we very much encourage it in the office, with lots of opportunities to participate from cross-training to yoga classes available.
3. Which leg of the AdNews Challenge will you be doing?
I consider myself a team player so have decided to let others do the racing and grind. It was a tough decision but it had to be made.
4. What’s your best training tip?
You only get out what you put in.
5. Are you a competitive person?
I’m in the media business. Not being competitive is not an option.
6. Who’s the fittest person in the industry?
Todd Dickinson, one of our group sales managers in Sydney. He qualified for two Hawaiian iron mans – 'nuff said.
7. Throw down the gauntlet: which team would you be sure to beat?
All of them. I’m assured by our team that we will win. Failure is not an option. Their jobs are relying on it.
Registrations are now open for The AdNews Challenge, the new corporate fitness and Charity event for the advertising, marketing and media industries. The event will take place on Sunday 18 November at Clifton Gardens Reserve, Sydney.
